Refund policy

In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, customers may request a refund within one (1) day of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed only through the original method of payment.
Refunds will be completed within a period of 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the payment card.
