Processing Time

Please allow ONE (1) business day for order processing.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping.
Expedited shipping typically takes 2–3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of AED 50 applies to all orders.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your tracking number, which can be used to track your shipment.


Shipping Carriers

We currently use DHL as our shipping carrier.
The carrier used may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery location.


Delays & Liability

Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, customs clearance, or regulatory procedures.

Rapunzel shall not be held responsible for any shipping delays, and customers are fully responsible for any customs-related issues, fees, or delays in their country.
